Item no. 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat cancellation/vacation of lots 43, 44 and 45, block a, lot 40, block b, lot 199, block e and lot 150, block a in the rocky creek ranch, section 1 subdivision and a replat of lots 43, 44, 45, block a, lot 40, block a, lot 199, block e and lot 150, block a in the rocky creek ranch in precinct 3.

the purpose of this item is to cancel or vacate three of the lots that were formerly residential and turn them into an amenity facility and convert the previously approved private streets into public streets.
I know of no objections and I recommend this motion.
