Now we have come to executive session, have we not, miss porter?
we have already done item 36.
37 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave with pay for juvenile probation employee in slot number 618.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act.
38, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning whether or not to file suit against jordan stevens, Texas quality services, llc, and/or heather menden dleel hall to recover damages to a county-owned vehicle.

39, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning whether to file suit against anthony sanchez to recover damages to county-owned guardrail.

that passes by you mean vote: 42 is the matter involving the d 2000 project.
in my view it should have an appraisal so I would move that we appraise that property in question, ask the staff to do appropriate due diligence and at the appropriate time put it back on the court's agenda for further consideration.

43 is a matter involving the lawsuit by he lease yeah pair paris -- alicia paris versus Travis County.
I move we settle it for 90,000.
that's 90,000.
she got choked up on and that we request county staff to expedite payment after an appropriate settlement agreement that we authorize the county judge to work with outside counsel to finalize an appropriate settlement agreement, and that we bring that back to the court for the court's review and action before taking final action on it.
