Now, court members, turning to item number 22, the cdbg item, I move approval of the first part.
22 says consider and take appropriate action on the draft of the program year 2011-2013 consolidated plan and program year 2011 action plan for public comment related to the three-year needs and investment priorities.
so the motion really is to cover that part which releases it for public comment.
and staff has advised me that that second part, which does require discussion, will be proposed.
that's why the motion includes the first part and the second part we'll have back on the court's agenda next week.
is that okay?

>> judge, would you consider it friendly to approve it with the caveat that tnr and health and human services might massage the language with regard to substandard roads a little bit?
the language in there had the specific number of roads and the specific number of miles and we might want to make a little bit of a clarification on that so that there's more marriage between our bond discussion on substandard roads and our cdbg discussion on substandard roads, because they're clearly related and we want to make sure the numbers match up.
