>> mr. Manila, 19, consider and take appropriate action on resolution regarding submission of Travis County's surface transportation program metropolitan mobility, stp mm, grant requests to campo and support for stp mm grant requests to campo by city of Austin and Texas department of transportation.
what should we do and why?

>> the resolution is a requirement for our application for stp mm funds and it needs to be turned in no later than 5:00 on the 30th.
so I guess the question would be are you okay with the language in the resolution?
we believe it's fine and covers everything that we're looking for.
a little bit of background information.
on the projects that are identified in here, those are all projects that we originally put on the bond referendum and they were actioned by various reasons for the bond committee.
these are the ways to get them funded for us.

>> questions or comments, court members?

>> move approval.

>> one comment.

>> Commissioner Eckhardt.

>> I want to draw the distinction that the two projects that we are expressing support for that are not Travis County projects, they are linked to Travis County projects.
so I don't want it to appear that it's being provencial and that we're block voting just on stuff that matters to us.
that this is not jumping the gun to try and weight the votes because there are going to be some extremely attractive projects for ones that come from Williamson, hays.
this isn't a preloading.

>> this one has needed straight inc.
out or fixing for a long, long time.
I'm glad it's finally getting to the top of the list.

>> thank you.

>> good news, mr. Manila.

>> thank you, sir.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
