in addition to 2005 bond money, we're using '97 savings from our '97 bond program to pay for additional improvements to this project.
the scope of the project is a little bit different than what the bond referendum spells out.
it helps us make additional improvement that would make the project work better.

>> judge, this has been a long-needed project and I'm quite sure the community is all excited about this kimbro-parsons road bridge replacement project.
and, of course, I guess sooner or later we'll have to come back before the court to probably announce a road closure as that work proceeds.
and so I guess that will probably be an upcoming agenda item to do that.
but it's long time overdue and thank goodness we findly got to overcome that.
