our intention was as we are implementing we may still need some advice from that lawyer, may or may not.
money was budgeted for that.
that lawyer worked for vinson and elkins and left vinson and elkins and went to that firm.
so we wanted to use, the county attorney wanted to use, they picked the attorney, we were very pleased with that pick by the way.
the same attorney to be available should we have issues in that -- during implementation because he was the one that did the contract and everything.
so that's what this is.
he just left -- he just went to another firm.

>> so this is to increase the -- we've spent approximately $120,000 to date and are anticipating an additional 25,000 and -- and this amount was anticipated in any case?
it's just that we're now moving it to andrews kurt llp rather than keeping it with v and e.

>> the amount of money was not changed.
what was changed is the lawyer moved to a different law firm.

>> so money for that new law firm is what this contract provides?

>> yes, that's right.
we're just moving it with that lawyer and there's no learning curve because he's familiar with the contract and was instrumental in -- in writing it.
