Item 3 - consider and take appropriate action on an order concerning outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
we have not gotten heavy rains that we pray for.
it is the recommendation from the fire marshal's office to take no action and leave the current ban in place?

as you gist stated judge, unfortunately we have not seen the moisture we need.
currently the average for the county is the 7.01.
as remooneder scale goes from zero to 800.
there are portions of Travis County as high has 736 on average.
we're still in extreme drought category.
as far as fire danger, Texas forestry put is in a very high danger category over the five day average.

by taking no action we leave the current ban in place.
