any issues with any of them?
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss separately any of the items I'm about to list, please say so as I'm about to call out the number of the item.
I'm about to recommend these be part of the consent motion.
number 7.
8 a, b.
8 a and b.
all of 8.
10.
11.
12 a and b.
number 14.
so that will be late morning or early afternoon.
15.
16.
17 a and b.
18.
19.
20.
21.
22.
23.
25.
27.
28.
a 3.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to discuss separately any of the items that I just listed?

>> I just have one question about 8 a.
I mean 8 b.
I'm sorry.

>> okay.

>> and that is --

>> mr. Reeferseed, as usual, we will need you on the microphone.
and if you would give your full name.
many of our residents are not as familiar with you as I am.
briefly, please.

>> my name is ronnie reeferseed.
and I'm here to just mention that on 8 b, this -- we will all see, I guarantee it, the money savings are going to be immense once we cross this barrier, and it's coming sooner than anybody understands.
we're going to legalize freedom for farmers and not unrelated to dr. Paul.
and so once we cross this barrier, we're going to save so much money on 8 b, for example.
all these programs are valid and good, but they will be even more efficient and more well done with more money once we get off the idocy on the marijuana issue.
thank you.

>> thank you very much.
any discussion on the motion?
all in favor?
show -- that passes by unanimous vote.
