>> good afternoon, judge Biscoe, deece eckstein, intergovernmental regulator.
this is really a house keeping item for the court.
last week the court approved a schedule of public hearings to be held in order to give people an opportunity to give feedback about the proposed maps.
they also approved some draft language for various notices to be sent out, website notice, that sort of a thing.
and there were two changes that have been made since then much one was really just a correction.
the precinct 1 j.p.
office is actually now that we've moved into the new precinct 1 offices over there, the -- in the scott building, that's not -- on
>> [indiscernible] lane, not a springdale road.
then the other we were looking at the space that we had allocated for the precinct 3 hearing in the justice of the peace courtroom, decided that that was a little too much of a nubliete, decided to move that to the Lake Travis education development center in Lakeway.
it's a bigger space and more centrally located in the district and we just thought that would be a good opportunity for people to give feedback out in that precinct.
these are really just -- just cleanups to last week's agenda item.
>> address is what 4717 heplin lane.
>> correct.
those folks in the community, those that are going to participate in that public hearing, that is the new precinct 1 building, which was named after richard e.
scott.
it's behind the old building at the intersection of springdale road and martin luther king boulevard.
>> that's correct.
held on Thursday the 30th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
>> specific location, thank you, deece.
>> any other questions, comments?
move approval.
of these changes.
this Augustments what we did last week, right?
>> that's correct.
>> augments.
discussion on the motion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
thank you, mr. Eckstein.
