Item 3, consider and take appropriate action on an order concerning outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
we have until June 15th to take action.
now, this is the outdoor burning item, the numbers is the fireworks item.

>> there is a ban on outdoor burning currently in Travis County, will not expire until untilthe 29th.
the drought index has increased.
there have been a number of notable fires especially in western Travis County.
conditions are only getting worse.
we are in an exceptional drought category which is the worst category that is classified.
my recommendation is to leave the burn ban in place.
