Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments for the following subdivision in precinct 3: partial cancellation of lots 15-19 block ddd montebella subdivision, partial consolation, five lots, 2.96 acres, linkview drive.

this partial cancellation consists of five single-family lots that will be replatted with the adjacent sky west ranch in a preliminary plan called montebella north.
additional right-of-way from these lots is being dedicated to create a road for the montebella property owners to be able to take access through sky west ranch on to hamilton pool road and no fiscal is required and no parkland fees are required.
