Let's call into session the housing finance corporation, one item, take appropriate action to remove one new signer for the jp morgan chase tenant chase rental assistance account.

shields, this is basically requesting your approval to add reagan grimes, senior financial analyst as a signer, currently there are two main signers and he would be a third backup signer and ed gonzales is on there and remove him and replace him with reagan.

Commissioners Eckhardt, Gomez, Huber and yours truly favoring Commissioner Davis abstaining.
all in favor.
this passes by unanimous vote.
