Consent Items
The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c 1 and c 2.

let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss separately any of the items I'm about to list, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
by the way, these will be recommended for inclusion in one motion.
number 6, 7, 8, 9 -- do we need to discuss 10?
10 a and b.
by the way, just for the record, this is zero county money.
the private developer is paying the state and the money is being funneled through the county pursuant to a state policy.
>> judge, yeah, I would like to have that one dealt with separately.

10 we will bring up separately.

now, in 16 because they are so important, I believe we need to have human resources department lay out 16 de and f.
because they really are new.
the others are routine.
so I'm recommending that we add 16 a, b, c, ghijkl to the motion.
those are notice for setting public hearings, notice for insurance for the employee or the county.
authorization to release benefits information.
pretty routine stuff really.
but that d, e and f really are impactful on county employees.
so I think we ought to lay that out for them and make sure they have another opportunity to hear it.
any objection to that?

so from 16 we go to number 19, 20, 22.
22 is a name change.

that has been in holdover for much too long, and they've got some core issues there.
