this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes.
ronnie reeferseed is speaker number 1.
speaker number 2, morris priest.
speaker number 3 is jason mann.
>> thank you.
I'm ronnie reeferseed.
reminding us all that to quote andrew jay bockvich from the daily beast, as the 10th anniversary of the war on daily terror approaches a plausible blueprint for bringing this surprise to conclusion -- intriewz to conclusion is not exist.
wake up, get involved, stop the tear any before we lose everything, the right to live.
help stop the death industry by instead focusing on life and help to conserve it with love by granting life absolutely to your fellow human no matter what.
yes, we can grant life if we just -- to everyone if we just try with no limits.
we can afford it.
in fact, don't you see we can't afford not to give extra care to the aged and/or some challenging babies.
they all deserve every second being alive.
look, I know about it.
I've gone through some life and death thingsly self.
so like all of us do, stop the killing.
this is something we all must do.
and so-called (indiscernible) just because we have mighty units of the military all over the world, it is still true that we don't want to breed hatred for generations from innocent civilians just to sell weapons systems. That are partially made in some political processes district for ongoing bribes.
yesterday our own afghani puppet ham mid karzai again pointed out how our own continuing slaughter of civilians only teps to make more intractable enemies.
wake up our lock instead media shovels out the pro war propaganda as they're told to by the sponsors.
and thur zionist suffocated news and political options are sensorred and controlled to never ask the key questions like why not legalize freedom for farmers?
why is it always our job as a nation for (indiscernible) kindly take care of all those illegally assassinated -- all those leaders from anywhere, for whatever.
look, if we do not maintain a policy of not assassinating anyone, then every other nation on earth just might feel they need to kill others also, including us.
this is guaranteeing total chaos, people.
massive death.
but big, big profits for our military industrial bankster media organized crime complex of death.
stop the killing.
cancel the weapons systems. Let's set the priorities.
thanks to the ob-gyn dr. Ron paul who inspired tea party awareness, we can all enjoy our real chance for change.
>> [ buzzer sounds ] change that will really help if we all need right away freedom and friendship worldwide, proudly sticking to the u.s.
constitution, which is always under attack by real enemies.
he got obama.
let's go, we're done.
stop the killing.
the boogie man is dead.
thank you so much.
>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
mr. Priest is next.
and would jason mann come forward and have the seat of your choice.
and dr. Kim, we will need to you come forth too.
mr. Priest?
>> thank you, judge, Commissioners, morris priest speaking on my own behalf.
it was nice to see that thelegislature did attempt their best efforts to pass a balanced budget that does not tap the economic stabilization fund and does not get rid of things such as funding for planned parenthood.
it's great that the senate bill didn't pass because there are some things that needed to be reworked, one on pages 28 and 29 concerning the real id act as well as on page 140 and 141.
our budget can be balanced without increasing taxes.
we're missing perhaps the most important thing of this legislation session and that's a ban on sang wary cities.
the powers that would give the Texas department of public safety new ability on driver's license could restrict and also applying for licenses helping matters such as voter identification and other immigration issues.
it would be nice in regards to transportation if we could eliminate some of the funding in the central Texas area due to the campos position on communication and putting the issues before the public that are already decided well in advance.
we are having many people in this community support randi shade and many of the people that voted for tovo are now undecided or decided they made a wrong choice in that initial election.
immigration is something that I've spoken before about and on frontline Texas at 7:00 p.m.
tomorrow night I'll be speaking again on channel 10 on local access station.
immigration, a ban on sanctuary cities.
remember, frontline Texas, 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday.
we have to cut unnecessary programs such as planned parenthood, not raising taxes and not using the rainy day fund.
but immigration is an issue that we need to address and we also need to cleanup some of the language in the previous budget matters, whether it's the real id act or strength theng d.p.s.
to stop this invasion from the south and other countries all over the world that are flowing into our country illegally.
we may need to do some reforms on legal immigration as well.
immigration is the number one issue that should be on the minds of our governor and lieutenant governor.
it's an issue that has plagued us and we need to have a bill that will stop law enforcement officers that don't think it's a good idea such as our local police chief.
once again I want to encourage you to vote for randi shade in the upcoming election.
and also get informed on matters such as being able to read the bills before you vote on them.
we see a lot of things that's happen understand our federal level where nancy pelosi said we have to pass it before we read it.
and now we see in this last legislative session at the capitol, we've learned some things that need to be corrected and some of the bills.
house bill 1 is a great bill and it is a good deal as far as helping our economy and it will do many beneficial things.
>> [ buzzer sounds ] but most of us are going to the capitol and encouraging our governor and lieutenant governor to pass a strong sanctuary city ban.
and I hope that you will be down and join us.
thank you.
>> thank you.
>> dr. Kim?
>> thank you, good morning.
I greatly appreciate all the time, especially I greatly appreciate all americans.
I really appreciate.
and here again praise and appreciate america and to keep the united states government and also Texas government perfect, education also perfect.
its paper I gave you, that one is the so-called student comment sheet.
the student wrote my name, my course, I teach american government, and my id.
everything.
they write, the comment for me to read in the left side -- the right side.
based on (indiscernible), I am a very good professor, a.c.c.
student evaluated.
and this morning "austin american-statesman" reported Texas legislature has the next session high education.
very important the issue.
today Texas high education, they said -- the governor also said he tried to make high education transparent and accountable.
I contact that in 2011, but I already (indiscernible) Texas high education was broken and corrupted in 2006 by Austin community college and state court, Travis County court judges and the court of appeals of Texas supreme court of Texas.
and (indiscernible), all are complete, especially state bar of Texas corrupted.
totally corrupted.
I prove with all evidence.
in 2006, seven, eight, nine, 10, governor rick perry rejected to review the case.
now he's brought up accountability, very important and to taxpayers very important.
and governor rick perry's support or assistance is saying that students evaluation (indiscernible) of teachers who receive a good evaluation, but I took my case to the court.
the court -- the court spit in my face, until today.
2006, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11.
I contacted Friday Texas commission on police and education.
the chairman told me I needed to contact Travis County Commissioners' court.
I already did.
October 19 up until today, what did you do?
all of you Commissioners, four Commissioners --
>> [ buzzer sounds ] and the Commissioner cole deny that you have jurisdiction.
>> thank you, dr. Kim.
>> thank you.
>> last call for jason mann.
is mr. Mann still here?
that does it for citizens communication.
