Number 2, receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate several five and 10-foot wide public utility easements along and the side and rear lot lines of lots 72, 73, 74, 76 and 77 of south cherry hollow estates, a subdivision in precinct three.

>> the owner of these lots is seeking to have the public utility easements vacated in anticipation of in the future coming in with one replat to combine the lots into one lot.
the replat hasn't been submitted yet, but they were looking to take care of this part of it prior to the submittal of the replat.
I know of no objections to this and we have gotten releases from the utility companies.
