Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a seven and a half foot wide public utility easement located along the rear lot line of lot 29, block v of the reserve at twin creeks subdivision, section 13-a, subdivision in precinct three.

the purpose of this item is so that the property owner can have a pool installed and not encroach into the easements.
I know of no objections to this.

when we say the utility companies known to be operate understand this area have state that had they have no objection, etcetera, we have a letter from them indicating that?
