Now let's call to order the Travis County Housing Finance Corporation.
item number 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to change individuals authorizing to access the Texas department of housing and community affairs contract system for three-home contracts.

andrea shields, manager and co-manager I guess until the end of July.
the first item just has to do with the contract system for tdhca that allows us to up load your system and up load any documents for the programs. Right now we have mary mays and mike gonzalez on there.
they've both resigned and are no longer with us.
we would like your approval to take them off the program and allow me on to access the system.

consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payment of $850 for annual membership in national association of local housing finance agencies.
>> and the acronym is pronounced nalhfa.
at a national level they work with the legislature to address any issues that may trickle down to the affordable housing industry on a national level and of course it trickles down to us on a local level as well.
we were members awhile back and apparently let our membership lapse for whatever reason.
and I believe that it's a great business development opportunity for me coming on board to get Travis County's name out there for people to associate my name with the corporation and I think it would open us up to new business opportunities.
we're looking for you to approve our yearly membership.
