that real quick item is a matter involving 22.
that agreement is really just a letter that we had with seton regarding starflight, consider and take appropriate action on memorandum of agreement between seton family of hospitals, seton and Travis County regarding contribution to Travis County and facilities related to use of starflight.
this is action we took sometime ago.
the interlocal srl more like a letter agreement than anything else, right?
