consider and take appropriate action on an order concerning outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County based on fire marshal reports and the fire conditions statewide are getting worse and Travis County is no exception and so his recommendation is that we leave in place the current ban against outdoor burning.
that ban expires June 1st of this year.
so by taking no action on number 1, we leave in place the outstanding order prohibiting outdoor burning.
and unincorporate areas of Travis County.
we have had this agenda through each week.

we have been putting it on the agenda hoping it will rain and we would be able to lift it.
