View captioned video.

We have been requested to go into executive session on one item.
and that is, I turned too many pages over.
item 31, receive briefing from retained outside counsel and take appropriate action in a perez versus Travis County number 1, 11-cv-000-l y.
that is for consultation with attorney.
it's 1:38 and we're going into executive session and we will be back.

We just discussed item 31.
we are back and we will take care, or is anybody ready to make a motion at this point?
I believe it's no action required if way don't make a motion.
we will have it on the agenda next week.

I believe we're ready for executive session.
we have three items. 30 has been postponed and we've already taken care of 31.
so 28, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding proposal to purchase central Austin property owned by Travis County.
and that is under consultation with attorney and real estate.
number 29, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding the extension of administrative leave with pay for employee slot number 622.
it is also under consultation with attorney and real property -- just personnel.
okay.
the two got put on there.
it's only under consultation with attorney.
number 32, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding legal issues associated with the impact on county infrastructure of the circuit of the americas formula one u.s.
grand prix site in precinct four and that is under consultation with attorney.
we'll take up these three items and we will return.

we're back from our executive session where we considered items 28, 29 and 32.
is there a motion for 28?

>> on 28 I move that we direct staff to analyze the programmatic worth of the property.

>> would you consider it friendly to (indiscernible).

>> I would consider that friendly.
a methodology that is repeatable for other programmatic analyses.

>> second.

>> all those in favor?
two, three, four, yes.
by the way, Commissioner Davis had to leave so he's not here with us.
right now.
item 29?
is there a motion?

>> didn't you have some language?

>> gosh, do you know what?
(indiscernible).

>> I move to move the six days of leave with pay for juvenile probation employee for slot 622.

>> second.

>> all in favor?
unanimous.
and item 32 I believe no action is required.
we kind of hope they will do a cost benefit analysis on the project as well.

>> do you want to -- I'll second that motion that the staff perform further regulatory and cost benefit analysis.

>> very good.

>> analyses.
we have multiple approaches to consider right now.

>> all in favor?
