Executive Session Items
Ms. Porter, we have come to the executive session items. 28 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding economic domment agreement with Austin executive agreement.
this is under the economic development anything shagess exception.
29, consider and take appropriate action an offer presented to sell approximately 120 acres of undeveloped land near intersection of sh 130 and onion creek in precinct four for inclusion in the onion creek open space park land 2005 bond real property exception to open meetings act.
30, consider and take appropriate action on counter over to sell approximately three acres of land near the intersection of u.s.
highway 183 south and onion creek in precinct four for inclusion in the onion creek open space park land 2005 bond program, this is the real property exception to the open meetings act.
we approved number 31 this morning, so we don't need to discuss it.
we meet in executive session to discuss those three items and return to open court before taking any action.
we've returned from executive session.
number 28, the snebts for Austin executive airport.
we have asked the applicant to give the same briefing that the court received.
in my view that should take care of it.
and if there's a need for further consideration, then it will be put back to the agenda.
