22, and issues on that?
we did have a representative of the sheriff's office here this morning.
the pilot program where they basically will start electronic filing of the crash reports.
this will be new.
do you want a representative down here for questions?

>> is there a fiscal associated with it?

>> just them doing it basically and cooperating with the state.

>> (off microphone)

>> a little of our own man power to get it done.
labor.

>> is it labor or software?

>> (off microphone)

>> good afternoon, david lampel from information and telecommunication services.
what we are doing is using some existing infrastructure.
there is a security piece that goes along with this that we will hook up with tex dot to lieu allow us to send crash reports.
we using existing hardware and software resources and have a contracted employee to help us do the actual setup of this connection.

>> any financial associated with it?
if so, fan so, is it all within budget for its or within budget for sheriffs department?

>> all within budget for its.

>> do we know what the number is in.

>> I think we estimated about 30 000.
that is, like I say, it's going along with some other initiatives that we already had working.
cutting this piece out is very difficult.
I don't think it's a complete 30 000 but some portion of that.

>> I move approval.

>> second.

>> doing electronically, should I assume we are doing it by hand now.

>> yes, sir.

>> quite a bit of labor doing it probable manual labor exceeds what the electronic function will cost as soon as we go it installed.

>> yes, we should see savings on the man power.

>> anymore discussion?
all in favor.
that passes by unanimous vote.
thank you very much.
thank you for your patience this morning.
can you let the representatives know we approved it?
I told him we would try to.
