>> [inaudible].
thanks to you, all of you, and police and sheriff officers and constables and troopers, thanks to I am still here.
no one has taken me to jail so far.
I really appreciate you.
and I have great news.
I received a threatening letter from Austin community college president steven kinslow and kinslow's attorney.
he hired four attorneys from two law firms.

>> [indiscernible] wrote to me a threatening letter March 30, 2011.
let me read it.
because your letters -- your letter does not raise any new issues and because your claims have been comprehensively denied by the courts, this court and all other courts, district court of Travis County, the third court of appeals and the supreme court, the supreme court of Texas, and every other entity, all entity, state Commissioner shall conduct Texas workforce commission, even Texas governor rick perry's office, to which you have complained, agency will no longer respond to your communications at this time.
you are simply engaging in harassment and there is no point in a.c.c.
continuing to consider and to react to your complaints.
a.c.c.
considers all issues arising out of your employment closed.
not only they closed, district court and district court in Travis County and the court of appeals and the supreme court of Texas, they closed all of my cases.
they buried all of my cases.
they refused to -- they did not allow me to file any, any petitions at all.
if will continue to persist in this harassing behavior, a.c.c.
will consider any and all legal options available to it to stop such activities.
take my life over, and the court of appeals and supreme court of Texas.

>> [buzzer sounding] I will take my life to democraticize Travis County.
I have too many things to read their violations.
any thing you violate

>> [indiscernible] stop and avoid

>> [indiscernible] in the united states.
thank you.

>> thank you, dr. Kim.
anybody else for citizens communication where you signed in or not?

Let's go back and pick up mr. Reeferseed for citizens communication.
and mr. Pena.

>> thank you, judge.

>> and by the way, we will call up 15 next.

>> bless you, judge.
thank you very much.
I really appreciate it.
this is ronnie reeferseed.
praying with profound sadness at the gift of joy I used to grapple with every day political reality is needed now more than ever as we all must take the time to think about life and death.
if nobody is going to get out -- getting out of here alive and that's how it works, but I still hope with our creativity, can figure out how to not extinguish our present precious garden.
we all do have now have to some -- have sometime to share love with everyone in our world about how much our love for everyone is really so much behind everything we say and do as much as possible and in the best of all plausibility that technology

>> [indiscernible] brothers and sisters in japan indisdisputably illustrates that we have limits.
simple truth, hard to grasp.
share joy whenever and wherever you can facing reality and acting accordingly is my number one overall goal, but we need to focus on helping japan deal with untold, overwhelmingly horrific situations of life and death and time to forget about everything else.
thank goodness we still have a navy.
their cargo capacities.
we still have navy, air force -- sorry, we still have plenty of food and water to share with those who need it and massive navy and air force delivered and spending a milisecond of our time or penny of our resources in servitude to that biggotted schemingly oppressive socialistic regime of israel makes no sense to nobody especially now.
no, we don't have to wage yet another war and yet another sovereign islamic state to serve israel.
saving israel by killing them is no one expense cal.
our kenyan born war pig so-called president peace prize so-called barack obama issues ie, barry sotoro loves killing them because he loves them so much.
get it?
hell no.
absolute hog wash.
start with freedom form farmers to help feed our hungry brothers and sisters worldwide by terminating diabolical monsanto before they use their corporate wealth to purposely kill and terminate everything and everybody.
monsanto is pure evil, pretending to be a corporate is a taken ial being.

>> [buzzer sounding] it's a great source of info.
let's do what we can, people.
thanks.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.
mr. Pena.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, gus pena.
I appreciate you all allowing us to speak at this time.
I just went through an unfortunate, sad situation at one of the county court of laws, a judge granted a motion for continuous.
the defendant -- or rather the victim was abused and hurt by her husband.
I'm not going to mention names.
I told you three weeks ago and I told the city council about two months ago that we're working on forming a new group called parents against family violence, specifically the males, the fathers against family violence.
because we feel that a lot of women are being assaulted violently and what I just witnessed in the courtroom right now was a motion for continuous for the defendant, the assaulter who assaulted his wife, and no protective order was in place.
that is not acceptable.
so I'm going to take this and I'm going to take it to the legislature.
actually I already spoke to about ten senators and 20 representatives about this.
it is not acceptable.
it is not acceptable to see a lady, a woman who should be treated kindly, with love and respect assaulted in front of her children and a protective order not in place today.
that is sad.
I'll get off that.
it's occurring nationwide as we speak even here in Travis County.
let's get back to the capitol.
I urge everybody that is listening or looking or viewing this proceedings to continue to lobby, continue to call your senators.
I still say there is hope to tap into the rainy day fund for not just this biennium but for the next biennium for 2012-2013.
a lot of people have said we need to save money.
yes, we do, but at what price.
the quality of lie is being compromised by elected officials that do not want to tap into the rainy day fund to continue the funding for education, mental health.
veterans services stands to -- we stand to lose 20% cut in Texas veterans commission.
not acceptable.
I urge everybody to continue to call your senators, let them know we need to tap into the rainy day fund.
one quick last item, I have already ten republican senators, the that includes tea partiers, agreed to the tap into the rainy day fund.
I pray to jesus we need to tap into the rainy day fund for 2012-2013.
we're not in a rainy day, we're flooding.
we're losing a lot of teachers jobs, veterans are losing jobs.
we veterans fought for the freedom of this country.
thank you very much.
I see a lot going to 700 lavaca.
you all have a tough job for the budget for this fiscal year.

>> thank out, mr. Pena.
