Item 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a request to authorize filing of an instrument to vacate a 10-foot-wide public utility easement located along the rear lot lines of lots 21 through 25 of northridge acres number 2-a subdivision in Travis County, precinct 2.

the purpose of this hearing is vacate the 10-foot public utility easement at the rear lot line of lots 21 through 25 northridge acres section 2 so that when two of these lots which are being -- aren't being incorporated into the adjacent raceway subdivision, they will not be bisected by these lots.
