34, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding proposal for payment plan for one year period with bruce lipshy to pay the county under lease agreement, this is the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meeting act.
and a series of resale deeds beginning with 35, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v darrell gburcham and gay nell camp i, is e, dabney staub Gomez resale deed, take appropriate action.
consultation with , 36, receive briefing from the county attorney in lincoln very church hill, rubinaanjum, consultation with attorney.
37, receiving briefing from the county attorney in Travis County versus lincoln and anjum, resale deed and take appropriate action consultation with attorney, 38, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al versus terra properties, jojumama company, resale deed, take appropriate aches, consultation with attorney exception.
39, consider and take appropriate aches regarding the west corporation, dbaintrado, inc, lease agreement at 700 lavaca, consultation with with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act.
40, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding offer to settle Travis County's claims against rashad robertson for damages to a guardrail, the Travis County guardrail, consultation with attorney exception.
and number 41, receive briefing from retained outside counsel and take appropriate action in alicia perez v Travis County.

we have returned from executive session and discussed items including number 34 regarding the lease at 700 lavaca.
we asked staff for further information to consider this item next Tuesday, April 5th, 2011.

35, I move that we authorize -- that we execute the proposed tax resale deed to dabney stawb gomes, who has paid Travis County the sum of $13,145 in cash.

on 36 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the Commissioners' court the proposed resale deal to rubina anjum and surreaya iqbal who have paid Travis County the sum of $3,166.

I move that we approve the amendment to the lease and that we authorize the facilities' manager to finalize the attachment.
and if there are significant changes or the need for further action by the court, the matter be brought back.

40 is the matter involving the county's claims against rashad robertson for damages to a guardrail.

>> I move that we counter his offer for an 18 month payout at $100 a month for roughly half that's owed for the damage of the guardrail.

41 is a matter involving the alicia perez lawsuit against Travis County.
we got briefed by staff regarding discovery and other steps that need to be taken in the months ahead.
and in my view no further action required on that matter today.

to work with legal counsel to preserve the requested documents and to participate in the discovery process as appropriate and necessary to complete that litigation.

he wants the record clear that we were consulting with outside legal counsel.
