This morning we did not act on 29 d.
and the reason for that was that if we look at the interlocal agreement, we need to delete one line on the last page.
it says in 10.2 b, the exhibit is part of this contract.
that language was pulled from the previous interlocal.
right?
and we don't need it here.
that is the one change we're making.
just deleting one line.
