and what's being corrected?

>> what's being corrected is the maximum of pay scales 33 through 35.
in the backup that you got on February 22nd, the information at the maximum of the pay scale was off by 4% and we would like to correct that.
and publish the proper maximum for these pay grades.

>> as you know, when this came up before the court previously, I didn't support it then and of course I still don't -- do not support this pay scale increase.
so I'm just showing my opposition, judge.
