Item number 1 a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 4, lewis ramirez subdivision, final flat, one lot, 1.003 acres, fm 812 and loan some lane.
I move the public hearing be open.

the purpose of this plat is to split the existing lot 18 up so that another 1.03-acre plot is created.
I no of no objections to this and I recommend it.
