Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation, item 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from atchley and associates, llp, for professional audit services.

the item before sue an invoice of $3,786 which represents 60% of the total amount of the audit fee.
the 60% is related to them completing their interim field work.
the total amount will be prorated between the housing finance corporation, $2,335.33 and the Travis County health facilities development corporation, $1,450.67.
staff recommends approval of payment of the invoice.
