Citizens Communication

View captioned video.

>> citizens communication is next.
this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda.
three have signed in.
gus pena, morris priest and ronnie reeferseed.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners.
gus pena again, proud united states marine corps vice president city and proud east Austinite.
it kind of settles me to see what happened yesterday in the school board meeting.
we know the fund ing is no there, but I also am preparing a letter from us veterans and one of the things we mentioned is, number 1, the rainy day fund -- funding, rather, tap into it.
there are other amendments that can be made to the education funding at the capitol.
it is not over with and I do appreciate everybody going to the school board meeting, but you have to -- you have to -- you have to lobby, lobby your state reps and all of them, not just our local elected officials, but the last time that the agency was -- declared was 2003, it wasn't as bad as it is now, but we would ask the superintendent of the school board not to declare an emergency plan right now.
it's too early.
let's work out the chinks.
armor and see what the feds are going to do.
governor perry, I left you variousnotes, we have federal funding.
sometimes there are strings attached.
I would much rather have string attached to funding than have any kids drop out or not be educated or lose outstanding teachers, librarians, teacher assistants, coaches, even our choir teacher at Austin high who stands to lose his job, stands to lose his house.
it's not acceptable what we're doing to our taxpayers as americans.
we can ship out and dole out, allocate more funding out of the united states of america to other country but we can't take care of our own educational system, the foundation of our kids' future.
if you don't get them educated, you are going to see them at the jp courts again, dropouts, truants.
can't afford to let that happen.
we have enough veterans to go out there and March to the capitol and to washington to not let this occur.
it is disgraceful that we have homeless people on the streets.
it's disgraceful we might have kids to drop out.
we cannot allow that to happen.
cuts proposed to veterans programs not acceptable either.
please show your appreciation for all returning iraq and afghanistan war veterans.
they deserve our appreciation and our help.
they need help big time.
ptsd training, education I'll mention and leave it at that.
a society's worth is measured by its treatment of the less fortunate.
kiss your children, hug your children because you might not have them tomorrow.
governor perry, listen to us and the cries of the people and the children.
thank you all for your advocacy Commissioners court and bringing together the city council --

>> [buzzer sounding] -- and the school board meeting planning together.
it will happen.
I know you have good thoughts.
thank you for listening to my rambling.

>> morris priest speaking on my own behalf.
I wanted to remind everybody this is 175th anniversary of Texas independence day, March 2nd.
1836.
remember, it's Sam houston's birthday.
four days later the alamo fell and houston routed san in a anna's forces and ten years later the republic joined the u.s.
and now today many of us feel that we should sceed.
this same wake 18 years ago, janet reno, the butcher of waco, under the justice department at the time, led by hitlerry and the rose law firm, murdered men and women in waco.
this is the 28th of February, 18 years ago was the day that the individuals went up there and carried out that horrific event.
do you remember the 17 children that died that day?
bradley and ellis met at the capitol.
I would have gone, but I had just been praying.
I think if there's that much evil in any room, someone should pray and fast before going.
our mayor wants to introduce rail, and, of course, he has his issues with email.
did want to encourage everybody to call their senators, all of them, all of them, and ask that someone else be put on this committee other than bradley.
he is absolutely not unbiased and it may be the only time that I've ever agreed with senator ellis on anything, but I do hope that everyone will call and ask that bradley be replaced.
he is quite a monster.
the things that we see in our county and our city such as this being the only state in Texas that funds abortions which tax dollars, I would encourage to you call Texas alliance for life or Texas alliance for life.org and work with many people that are working to defund planned parenthood.
this is something that we really need to do and we have time to do it.
March 15th they will decide on the dan neal race.
if you want to get active, you can log on to sickofspending.com and there will be a special date announce odd March 14th.
americans for prosperity, the tea party and many organizations across this great state are working to change the things here in Texas, whether it's our environmental -- phony environmental laws --

>> [buzzer sounding] -- or other things that we're phasing in our community, but we're making great progress this legislation session at the capitol.
thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Priest.
mr. Reeferseed.

>> thank you.
thank you, sir.
I'm proud to follow my friend with his great ideas there, noting that we are the one and only taxpayer-funded baby killing county in the entire nation, state of Texas, yes, we can be proud.
but other than that, we are winning.
this is ronnie reeferseed saying yes, we're winning.
yesterday earth shattering alex jones appeared on abc's morning talk show the view.
predictably the celebrity news about charlie sheen's appear answer last Thursday was the reason alex jones was even on the view.
yesterday somehow alex jones managed to sneak in some ideas.
9-11 is an inside, outside job as evidenced by building number 7.
and barbara and whoopie tried to shut him down, but he mentioned george bush and still practiced by our own nation by tyrants like mubarek, et cetera.
finally the mighty usa shamed into stopping the satanic and illegal torturing of illegal human beings because those brave arab citizens just say no to tyranny.
let us rejoice for all those citizens demanding real change.
we can do the same thing here, some day soon, like April fool's day 2011, but imagine how we can overwhelm them with our numbers.
there are not enough cops alive to lock up 10% of us who bother to smoke pot.
we could do this thing.
admittedly organizing pot smokers is like herding cats, but this can happen.
listen, we have numbers to do this.
we have an example of how to do this.
everybody toke in public April 1st to demonstrate to the organized crime thugs that even pot smokers can help change the world.
the oppressed demand change with peaceful, nonviolent demonstrations, we can to.
even zionist controlled media put alex jones on the view to talk about charlie sheen.
why?
because charlie sheen dares to except up about the truth of 9-11.
truth is our best weapon and the mind boggling truth about 9-11 and jfk will grant us freedom from the criminals who run our world.
it's the same criminals behind all those things involved in all this killing.
they call it eugenics.
killing people is their number one goal.
call toll free for weekly updates from that founding father among us now, ob-gyn dr. Ron paul, also call toll free 1-888-699-news --

>> [buzzer sounding] -- to subscribe to american free press.
infowars.com is another great source on line.
ronpaul.org.
thanks.

>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
those are the three who signed up to speak under citizens communication.
