item number 13 is consider and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of a ground water availability stakeholder committee.
we have to appoint this committee.
and as to the west group, I appoint hank smith and confidence and chief jim bernardos.
is that how he pronounces that?
the e.m.s.

so those are three for the west.
and Commissioner Huber?
>> I appoint madeline neighbors and jim dower and john dutnick.
>> we'll give you those names.
I know our pronunciation was precise.
but we'll give it ahead.
we'll need the spellings also.
folks from the east?
>> I appoint raymond slade jr.
and jody mcdaniel from both residents of precinct 2.
I also appoint robert cure for precinct 2, although he's a resident of precinct 3 his family owns property for decades in precinct 2 as well as being the geologist on contract with the lost pines water conservation district.
so although I'm departing from my internal policy of appointing resident of precinct 2, I think that extenuating circumstances qualify him as a precinct 2 representative.

and so we still have Commissioner Davis' appointments.

and we always want to thank those that sent their interest in for wanting to be a part of this process.
and if there's any kind of way that we can thank them for their interest, and then of course not preclude them from probably wanting to participate in some shawl, possibility on phases.
because there's a lot of expertise that is out there available to assist us what we are trying to accomplish here.
definitely want to make sure those folks are appreciated and also keep the door open for their participation in the future, if they'd like.
