Citizens Communication
Citizens communication is next and this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes.
gus pena has signed in.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioners.
you are in a --
>> [inaudible], judge Biscoe.
number 1, we stand to lose critical funding for the state of Texas such as bipolar, anger management of children as young as elementary school level.
adhd, add funding will be affected also and to include ptsd, an affliction not just veterans -- occurs to veterans, military veterans, but also for example you have a severe automobile accident, I have been diagnosed, my family, with ptsd by the emergency room when we had a severe accident.
it can happen to anybody and that funding is critical for treatment for individuals with this type of critical affliction.
we urge governor perry to use some of the rainy day funding to retain teacher positions.
a good teacher -- I'm going to stop here.
if the teacher teaches good, the children will learn, they will pass the subject matter, pass their classes.
a teacher at Austin high, one of the most -- I look at that math problem, I look back and said in because I hated math but he is a good teacher.
teachers can teach.
if the children is comfortable with the teacher's teaching ability, they will learn and graduate so we need to retain the teachers at Austin independent school district throughout the state of Texas.
all teachers are critical to learning of the kids and retention of the kids and attaining scholastic excellence.
I would like to say this and then I have to leave, but one of the things that really hurts me, during vietnam we had a lot of veterans come bag back from the war zone and a lot of people spat on them, called them baby killers.
nobody likes war.
proud marine corps veteran and I was spat upon when I went from lax to used to be love field and robert mueller airport.
nobody killed babies, but respect and appreciate our military veterans.
they have many afflictions, ptsd, they are losing their homes, divorce, alcohol abuse, we need to help and take care of our military veterans.
just because they say we need rotc reserve officers training course on campus doesn't mean that we're saying go into the war, join the military.
you know, there is no draft.
it's voluntary, but I'll leave it at that but please show appreciation for military veterans.
kiss your children, hug your children, tell them that you love them because you might not have them tomorrow.
society's worth is measured by the treatment of less fortunate.
we stand to lose critical funding for social service agencies in Travis County.
we are fortunate you heavily support these issues --
>> [buzzer sounding] -- and we're losing a lot of kids to dropout rate.
thank you very much and have a good day.
>> thank you.
ms. Olenick.
>> judge Biscoe and Commissioners.
I represent fluoride free Austin and I'm here to announce that the Austin city council's committee on public health and human services has placed the subject of water fluoridation on their agenda for their next meeting which will take place on Tuesday, March 15th, 3:00 p.m., in the boards and commissions room of city hall.
this is an opportunity for people to give -- to give some input on the subject -- on this very important subject, and they have citizens communication and we don't know because the agenda hasn't been posted yet, but we do know that there will be a representative of the Austin-Travis County department of health and human services, and we pretty much know what he will say.
he will rubber stamp it and tell us that everything is fine when everything is not.
in any event, this is a hearing or a committee meeting very much worth attending.
if you cannot attend personally, and many people cannot, you can submit some comments formally to info@fluoridefreeaustin.com.
and we will print them out and submit them for you.
thank you for your attention.
>> thank you for your time.
>> thank you.
anybody else for citizens communication whether you signed in or not?
A couple of our residents apparently got caught up in yesterday's celebration and arrived late for citizens communication.
we'll call them up anyway.
ronnie reeferseed, number 4.
john kim, dr. Kim, number 5.
and is anybody holding number 3?
ronnie reeferseed next.
john kim afterwards.
>> thank you, sir, for your gracious understanding.
my name is ronnie reeferseed.
and I'm -- sorry, I was trying to start by singing.
_ you say you want a peaceful revolution, well, you know our zionist controlled media tries to provoke violence and wreck the show but it's not going to work.
our very own ob-gyn dr. Ron paul, revolution for love in our u.s.
constitution, just keeps on keeping on worldwide with one time peasants discovering their peace and power from tunisia to libya to here in Austin, Texas.
peaceful people worldwide are showing love and devotion to each other.
meanwhile, our lock stream zionist mainstream media keeps calling this revolution a crisis.
this revolution against zionism, ongoing eruption of freedom worldwide only a crisis to the promoters of the dissolving idea of hate.
no, we hate tyranny.
even here in the floor dated land of zombies, for the second year in a row the conservative political action commission cpac has identified our very own ob-gyn dr. Ron paul who has delivered over 4,000 babies as the best candidate to deliver peace and freedom to our once proud constitutional republic by not a peep from our zionist stooges about it.
just like last year when cpac chose dr. Paul, the charleston takens and criminals omitted the fact it's the fury from the mind of dr. Ron paul that leads the worldwide awakening to demand real change.
let's not drop the ball.
we are free to say no to the evil zion i.
jews are not better or worse than anybody else, they are more organized.
but the towering cultural and intellectual powers to judeism were hijacked 150 years ago by tiny-minded biggots of zionism.
not all jews are hateful biggots.
just say no.
and so no, I do not believe that any tribe of people is chosen by god to get a better deal.
god had nothing to do with it.

Biscoe and my honorable county Commissioner sarah Eckhardt.
you should be next governor because
>> [indiscernible] was Commissioner before she became and all of your and other
>> [indiscernible] you also will be next Texas governor because you are Commissioner.
and judge Biscoe, I hope you are the next u.s.
president after barack obama because harry s.
truman, he was county judge in missouri before he became a u.s.
president.
I hope you will be our next president of the united states after obama.
>> if you see me announcing, stop me.
>> [laughter]
>> and also, have a president of Travis County, you are the president of Travis County.
if we have Travis County as a country, nation.
you have the highest power in Travis County.
and last Friday I really appreciate with your conference.
you are very, very great county judge.
I trust you.
still I trust you.
I respect all of you.
some people demonstrate in town.
I don't want to make a demonstration.
I just like peacefully talk to you.
that's it.
I don't want demonstration.
I respect american government.
I respect Texas government.
I respect all of it.
I don't want to make a demonstrate, I just like to talk to you.
actually, I talked to some of you.
Texas constitution clearly says your court has judicial power and county judge has also judicial power, judicial function.
judicial function means you try a case.
the case has two parties.
this dictionary clearly said judiciary function means judicially act.
you have a power to issue right, writ in this county.
I brought the case from not as an appeal from the district court, no.
I have complaint over judges.
the district court judges.
supreme court judges.
they made mistakes.
so I came here to complain to you in front of four ladies and -- five ladies and gentleman.
how great the court of appeals, they don't know what they are doing.
they violated trial, they violated supreme court.
they violate their own rules.
I took the case governor pick perry and 80s --
>> [buzzer sounding] -- former president george w.
bush to the court over there already.
they did not responded.
they did not make a decision right now.
I have too many things.
I have only -- no way to talk anymore because I respect you.
thank you very much.
I come back.
I publish a newspaper.
now I became a publisher and editor and reporter all with the newspaper title is Travis County democracy news.
that's my newspaper.
thank you very much.
>> thank you.
>> I really appreciate you.
>> thank you.
