2 is consider and take appropriate action on an order concerning out door burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
the fire marshal has indicated he and all of the five chiefs in Travis County are convinced that the situation regarding potential fires has gotten worse not better and so we should leave the burn ban in place.
by taking no action, we simply leave the order previously approved by the court and placed in item number 2.
