>> now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
this morning we finished awful our open court items and we are ready for executive session.
let me announce at the outset that john hilly and roger l.
corey have asked we postpone item 26 a.
23, receive briefing from county attorney's office regarding public-private partnerships and other alternative funding mechanisms available to the county under its existing authority.
consultation with attorney exception.
24, consider and take appropriate action regarding potential acquisition of open space land.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
25, consider and take appropriate action regarding proposal for downtown office building by d 2000, a turn key development company.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
26 b, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding the following lease agreements at 700 lavaca.
b, city of Austin, and that will be under the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions also.
we will discuss those four items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

we did not discuss 24, as we ran out of time.
but we'll have it back on the court's agenda next week.

26, we've postponed a, the west corporation dba intrado, which we announced we would not take earlier.
we discussed b regarding the city of Austin lease.
