>> good afternoon, my name is manny gonzales, senior plans analyst for the corporation.
we're here before the board to ask approval of payment of $675 for annual membership to talfa.
the 675 will cover three memberships.
talfa is a nonprofit organization as well as serves as a strong advocate for our efforts in expanding affordable housing.
