Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a partial flat vacation in the precinct two, partial plat vacation of the pearson business center, short form plat, one lot, 5.005 acres, bratton lane, no fiscal required, water and sewage service to be provided by the city of Austin.
I move the public hearing be opened.

the purpose of this action is that owners of lot 4 would like to vacate and replat in part so that -- right now the lot is 5.005 5.005 acres and some of that will go back to raw land with 1.802 acres being replated as the new lot 4.
this has been approved through zoning and platting commission.
it meets our regulations and I know of no objections.
