View captioned video.

>> citizens communication is next.
this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda.
for up to three minutes.
the following residents have signed in to speak: john k.
kim, dan mansur, ronnie reeferseed, in that order.

>> good morning, honorable judge Biscoe and honorable Commissioner Ron Davis and sarah Eckhardt and Karen Huber.
I really appreciate you for your grace and power and favor for me to speak to you for 99 days.
probably today will be last day or I知 not sure.
and I really appreciate all of you for me chance to talk to you.
this one is evidence I received a letter -- no, a notice from the united supreme court, the supreme court of the united states, received my mail January 19th.
they responded to me the next day, January 20th.
just one day.
and white house of president george w.
bush responded to me two letters within six days regarding same questions.
and this honorable court, I spoke to you and gave you a written statement more than 100 pages since October 19th, 2010, until today for 99 days.
I received a letter, written letter today, this morning.
I greatly appreciate for that.

>> that's not the first you have received, is it, mr. Kim?

>> I did not receive before.
this one the first that I received it.

>> but we have discussed this, correct?
in my office?

>> but I requested -- because american law is go by written law.
the first principle american law, the first principle american democracy, northwestern government is written constitution.
we do not take part as evidence as all so I respectfully requested all of your written statements so I received it today first time.
and by talking, even talking Texas government, they wrong -- the notions people put in the death penalty.
we know that.
and jesus christ also was crucified by talking only.
that ancient roman brutal empire, not here in united states.
I need written statement.
I receive it today after 99 days.
and also the supreme court in Texas, they responded to me by writing, not talking along.
and please, and I知 going -- I知 not talk anything more about this case, but I will talk about this letter from this time.

>> [buzzer sounding] only three minutes, I still appreciate.
thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Kim.

>> you're welcome.

>> mr. Mansaur.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners.
we're here to give you an update on the audit recollect reconciliation period.
on January 3rd when we requested the reconciliation period, we had 870 dependents still outstanding.
that number reduced to 373 through some review and coordination of data, and was further reduced to -- through the reconciliation period verification of eligibility to 94.
and I知 going ask patty to go through the numbers because they change almost hourly and she has the most current data on where the verification of he will have I built stands today.
-- eligibility.

>> good morning, patty Marchant.
we have 82 depends left to reconcile.
those dependents are from 59 employees.
of those 59 employees, 28 have medical and/or dental or vision, but 31 have life insurance only on those dependents.
all have been contacted except for five employees, but in addition to the many attempts to reach them by email and even personal letters at home, I致e spoken with all but five or left messages for them in an attempt to contact them further.
also during this -- our reconciliation period, another 95 dependents have been dropped at the employees' election, and that's in addition to the 174 that have already been dropped during the audit period, for a total of 269 dependents who were dropped during the whole audit and reconciliation period.

>> so we're continuing to try and reach the employees who have not responded thus far, but the reconciliation period actually ended on Friday, January 21st, but we are continuing through this week to make contact with those who still have some outstanding verification documents due.
there was some rumors going around that if they had just life only coverage for dependents, they didn't have to respond so we're trying to get that rumor corrected.
and we're still working with employees to -- through this week.
we'll have a full report to the court posted requesting a posting on February 1st.
so we'll have a full report to the court on that date.

>> thank you for your hard work on this.

>> patty has done an excellent job and I want to recognize her work as well as cindy carington for her work in organizing the audit.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.

>> dan, if you would, could you forward please that information that you discussed this morning?

>> mr. Reeferseed.

>> my shirt is inaccurate.
it's not 47, it's over 50 million but I値l get to that.
ronnie reeferseed shouting welcome to Austin, the dead baby capital of the entire state of Texas.
that's right, people thanks to our own judge Biscoe and his child kill others the court, Travis County is the only county in Texas that serves as slaughter central for all dazed and confused texan girls and well as short-sided texan women who have been deceived into believing that the only way to a good life demands that they kill their baby.
in fact, taxpayers -- tax paying texans here and only here in Travis County each and every one of us taxpayers have dead baby blood on our hands.
because judge Biscoe and his abortion facilitating buddies choose to ignore the many heart felt pleas from many devoted citizens, there were many who bothered to show up that fateful day to beg mercy for those babies.
rarely do we have one or more people who agree to address the court on any one issue, but on that particular day we had at least a dozen people expressing shame for living in the only county in the state of Texas that diobollicly highjacks tax dollars from everyone to execute babies.
want to kill your innocent baby for free?
hey, come to Travis County, the dead baby capital of Texas.
and I still shudder when I recall that stranger on the bus who informed me that no, those babies aren't innocent.
huh?
ignorance and self-hatred are the guilty parties among some of us perhaps, but that can claim here in Travis County Commissioners court, can you?
I致e informed you all more than once that well over half of all black babies conceived in the united states of america recently were murdered in the womb.
it is also true there are waiting lists of eager parents praying for the opportunity to provide loving family homes to any and all babies otherwise aborted.
black babies, white babies, handicapped babies, any and all stripes are loved with kindness and eager anticipation all over the country but the truly evil abortion mill uses our demonicly controlled media to keep that secret.
our nation's ongoing genocide now 50 million since roe versus wade with the dead baby capital of Texas, Travis County leading the way.
it's time for all of to us stop the killing.
with knowledge comes the power to save lives.
we can all do more to stop the killing.
let these elected officials know their decision to diobollicly dispose of your tax dollar to kill babies is no longer acceptable.
these public officials are supposed to listen to us so let them know how you feel.
don't wait for election day.
this genocide must stop now.

>> [buzzer sounding] call the Travis County Commissioners court and ask them all to stop making us all pay for this horrible practice.
it's evil.
thank you so much.

>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.

>> judge, may I just say I stand firmly with judge Biscoe and the rest of this court on those votes and I take pride as a woman in Travis County that we provide the full spectrum of reproductive services through our community clinics.

>> and you know --

>> those are the three who signed in to speak under citizens communication.
anybody else under citizens communication whether you signed in or not?
