Ms. Flemming, are you near buy?
8 is to consider and to appropriatation regarding the four lots in the gilbert lane subdivision in eastern Travis County by Austin habitat for humanity pursuant to a contract as part of the Travis County 2007, 2008 and 2009 community development block grant plans as amended.
a, receive the results of the environmental assessment, b, approve the posting of the findings of no significant impact and request for release of funds.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioner, sherring fleeming, executive for health and human services and veteran service.
this is a required administrative activity that goes along with our cdbg program.
whenever we implement a project, we must ensure that there is no adverse environmental impact.
this environmental report has to do with the four additional lots we will be purchasing on gilbert lane.
I’m pleased to report there has been no significant environmental impact to this project.
as a matter of fact, the conditions that existed at the time that we made the purchase of the first 27 lots are still the same.
we are requesting that you receive these results and also allow staff to post for public comment.
the report itself and information regarding the environmental assessment will be available at all of the county community centers on the county's website, strategically located in the area where residents would have access to it, and of course any calls to the Travis County health and human services department could result in us sending you a detailed copy of the report.

these are four additional lots on top of the ones already out there.
to have gone through the process is quite remarkable.
this is toward this end of what the habitat for hue mant was doing.
so again I’d like to plowed them and move approval of a and b of this item.
