Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next and I have asked staff to postpone 30 and 31.
those numbers need to be discussed before we make a decision in court.
I made that request this morning since yesterday was a holiday of mr. Rhoades and he said that would create no issues for us so I really think we ought to.
30 and 31.

>> judge --

>> yes.
not 30.
I gave the wrong ones.
these are time certains.
26 and 27.

>> 26 and 27?

>> right.

>> those are the matters dealing with the.
those are the matters dealing with issuance and funding for capital projects.
and 27 is the recommended building projects for the 2011 bond election.
so on those, I just think we need to spend a bit more time looking at those numbers before we discuss them in court and take action.

>> okay.

>> 26 and 27.
and as you indicated, actually on 30 and 31, we have told folk that we would call them up at a time certain and we expect residents down on those.
the consent items are next, and posted for consent are c 1 through c 4.
c 1 through c 4.
any issues with them?
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, and for those here today, if you would like for us to discuss any of the items I’m about to list separately, please say so.
I am recommending that we include all of these items on one motion.
4, this is a contract we use as needed and it was zero invoices for '09.
5.
and that's a tax i.d.
change only.
notice those names read the same.
but the tax i.d.
number changed.
6.
7 in the amount of $48,400.
9.
10 I thought was pretty simple, but we don't have any backup, do we?

>> no.

>> so we don't have backup on number 10.
if one will come chat with us, we may be able to take action.
otherwise we're looking at next week.
then to 14 a and b.
15.
16 a, b and c.

>> I have just a procedural question that could be answered quickly if t.n.r.
is coming on other items for 16.

>> we'll call up 16 separately.

>> oh, no, I’m sorry, it was the wrong number.
I’m fine with 16.
my apologies.

>> 16 is recommended for inclusion on the consent motion.
then to 18.
21.

>> on 21, could we get a briefing from staff about that?
I think the public might want a better understanding on that.

>> 21 we'll call up separately.
22 I think we just need to discuss who we send that letter to other than the president.
23.
and 23 we tried to put the specific information that we would discuss in open court if we had a discussion.
that's 23 a and b.
24.
25.
28.
29 a and b.
33.
a through f.
34.
and 35.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items that we just listed for separate discussion?
all in favor of the motion?
that passes by unanimous vote.
by the way, we have been advised we do not need a 1 today as it has been resolved.
a 1 has been resolved so we don't need it.
they did not say resolved to our satisfaction, but just resolved.
