Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation.
one item, consider and take appropriate action to approve payment of property taxes from nsp mortgage escrow.
mr. Gonzales.

>> good afternoon, mike gonzales, senior funds analyst for the corporation.
we're requesting board approve to pay property taxes in the amount of 6,459 from two mortgage accounts.
the corporation is acting as loan servicer for two loans issued to the Texas nsp program.
when the two loans were closed, aes strow was created for each mortgage to pay taxes and insurance.
every time a household submits a payment to us, part of that goes into the escrow to cover taxes and insurance.
staff does state that there is adequate funding in each escrow account to cover the tax liability.

>> and we're obligated to pay it.

>> yes, sir.

>> move approval.

>> motion by director Gomez, seconded by director Davis.
