Executive Session
Miss porter that is correct brings us to executive session, doesn't it?
19, consider and take appropriate action regarding offer to sell to the county approximately 33.4 acres of land in connection with the balcones con I don't know lands preserve.
that will be the real property and consultation with attorney exceptions to the open meetings act.
20, consider and take appropriate action regarding purchase of open space land in precinct 1.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions also.
we will discuss these two items in executive session but will return to court before taking any action.
We return to executive session where we discuss the couple of items we announced, including 19, the item involving the offer to sell the county of the acres of land for the bcp.
>> it has been our custom based on experience of purchasing bcp land to begin negotiations for these on appraised value which recognize it is endangered species that exist on proposed property.
I see no need to change this policy and I therefore move to instruct the staff to use this tract utilizing the customary offer.

we discussed number 20, also, and no action, not necessary on this that item today and we won't have it on the agenda next week unless it is requested between now and, say, about 5:00 o'clock tomorrow.
