We've come to executive session, haven't we?
we have one item left for executive session and that is 38.
consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central Austin.
posted under the real property and consultation with attorney exceptions.
we'll discuss this in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

let me repeat by taking no action today we close on this is there a time set for closing?
9:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night?

that's bright and early.
and normally these matters take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to close.
okay.
so we have a purchase contract in place and by taking no action on this we close at 9:00 a.m.
tomorrow morning, and those closing documents will be available tomorrow afternoon.
