Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next.
posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, c 1 through c 3.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 3, 4, 5,.

>> is that all of five, judge?
would you want to look at -- a 3 and a 4 on that since it may have a direct relationship with item 15?
the one that we pulled?
because that's what the ces -- type of stuff, there was a temporary -- position in there, I think they were trying to look at on the -- on the ces temporary slot?
case workers moving money from that slot to -- to --

>> yeah.
if --

>> it's really -- it's really this a 3 and a 4.
the other one was -- was kind of tied in with 15 a little bit there.
and I don't know if we want to -- to move the money here now to create those temporary positions or do we want to -- to just hold it with that until next time and do all of them at once, I don't know.

>> I think you are right on that.
why don't we do that then.
because roger did ask that that item be pulled.
we will put it back on when ready.
so that is --

>> a 3 and a 4.
I believe.

>> a 3 and a 4.
so we will pull a 3 and a 4 from item 5, but recommend the rest of it for consent.
is that okay?

>> that would be fine, judge.

>> if p.b.o.
would take note of that.
all of six --

>> 6 a, I would like to speak to.

>> all right, we will call up 6 a separately.
will be on the consent motion.
number 7, number 8, 9, 10, the -- the team recommended 3%.
so approval of this would be to accept the committee's recommendation.

>> judge, I may want to call up 10 and vote on it separately.

>> all right: 10 we'll call up separately.

>> thank you.
all of 11.
park and leases re-- parking leases renewals, 11 a through 11 d, number 12, 13, 14.

>> I will need to call that up separately, judge.
-- did you say 14?
I’m sorry, I’m fine with it, go ahead.

>> okay.

>> 16.

>> could I get a list of those?

>> all right, we'll get you a list.

>> thank you.
from 16 we go to 8 a and b.
I’m sorry not 8, but 18, 18 a and b, number 19, 20, 21, anybody here on 21, the data center item?
22 the one that we had the public hearing on.
number 23, 24, 26, and all of 27.
on 27, we do have all of those bonds.
three of them have not been signed as of 5:00 yesterday.
but I think we can approval them, get the signature of those three elected officials, asking issue, we will bring it back later, but I think that it's all right to approve those today.

>> okay.

>> so 27 would be the -- the -- the last one recommended.

>> all right.
move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items that we just listed?

>> what about 27, that's just a

>> [indiscernible] package?
normally?

>> 27, those are bonds for elected officials as required bylaw.
elected officials, including myself are required to have bonds.
so for those for those in obvious it would be renewal, for new ones it would be bonds for the first time.

>> cool, okay.

>> so we approve those and we file them with the county clerk.

>> all right.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
