Citizens Communication
Citizens communication is next.
this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda.
for up to three minutes.
rick luna.
speaker number one.
gus pena is number two.
and ronnie reeferseed is number 3.
>> good mortgage, Commissioners, good morning.
>> good morning, rick.
>> I知 here today to explain that my son, ricardo luna is in the county jail right now.
he's adhd, mentally retarded, bipolar.
now I致e found out that he's post traumatic stress syndrome at the age of 11.
they were torturing him in school.
judge, I mean, he's -- he was given probation for stupid stuff that he could fought but he wanted to get out.
I知 looking at probation being really hard on him.
his first violation.
he signed up for three months for a treatment center.
which he was not taking medication.
he's taking medication right now in the county jail.
which I知 willing to work with him, the probation is ready to work with him.
but here I am, I give credit to the judge.
judge lynch is a good judge.
but he doesn't belong in judge lynn's court.
he belongs in the court that you design for mhmr people, you know?
and that way they can -- they understand the way -- how he thinks.
and, you know, he's been like this since of age of 10.
I mean, southwest trails they found that -- they closed that place down.
I mean tyc, twice.
he didn't belong there under a bill
>> [indiscernible] release.
he can't do
>> [indiscernible].
there's no way he can -- he's going to go for nine months and come back drug free.
I found out because he was taking these drugs, smoking weed and drinking beer because of his post-traumatic stress syndrome.
that's why.
I mean, how are you going to send a kid what -- well, I call him my kid because he's my son.
he's 24 years old.
he told me hey man I知 willing to get out, I知 tired of being locked up, dad, every year.
last year, christmas, he's locked up.
this year he's locked up.
you know, man, I知 tired of me going to the jail and getting him , you know.
he needs help.
mhmr is willing to work with him.
but right now they're having a little, you know, he needs to be out.
judge lynch, judge wizard put him back on probation.
gave him three months.
signed for three months.
finally want to give him nine months, that's not fair.
that's like me going and telling I致e got five dollars.
the person said no, no, no, you have got to give me $100.
that's not right.
I hope you can -- whatever they said.
anyway, I知 just upset because of the way it's -- it's -- on ricky, ricardo luna, on my son.
they shouldn't treat him like that.
I知 willing to work with him.
I知 willing to take him to mhmr treatments.
he's willing to go, too.
he said, dad, I didn't think they were going to do this to me my first time of violation of probation.
I said son, your name is ricardo luna, tyc you opened a can of worms for them, you know.
and now here, you know, for them to do this to him, I don't think it's right, judge, Commissioners.
anyway, I need your help.
and see what I can do now.
I don't want to be protesting.
I don't have time to do that.
I just want somebody to be fair and justice -- first-time violation, you know.
he should have a -- a chance.
>> thank you mr. Luna.
>> thank you.
>> thank you, mr. Luna.
>> gus pena.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, native east Austin night, proud united states corps veteran.
rosemary lindburg, you're a good friends of mine, you are listening to whatever we say here.
please set up a meeting with mr. Luna, who I know the situation back in the early 1990s.
kids students and adults fall through the cracks, please help them.
number one it is unemployment rate, I gave you two handout copies, unemployment increases find growth in regional jobs.
this is a copy of a article last week and it -- unemployment has gone up 7.1% from 6.9 as originally reported.
so it's worse than that.
people have fallen through the cracks.
they just have given up.
this is to provide jobs.
chromium, apparently there's been an article in the paper that says chromium in the water causes cancer.
nobody is testing the water for this type of -- of chemical.
I would ask y'all then we're going to start the ball rolling.
add with fluoride to see if they can test the water for chromium.
it does cause cancer, we need to improve this ear quality for our people.
please show your support and gratitude and appreciation for our military personnel serve in this harm's way.
also please support the family, children are stressed out not seeing their moms and dads during the holidays.
we were out there serving our country, we didn't think about anything else.
we think about our families.
also pray for the moms also who carried us in their wombs.
veterans need ptsd treatment, intensive counseling, treatment for and substance abuse and alcohol abuse.
they need education and jobs, period.
as they get out.
36 billion-dollar shortfall at the state of Texas.
where is this money going to come from to balance the budget?
housing?
dropout prevention.
truancy prevention.
education.
and other badly needed criteria or -- issues that the -- at the capitol that need this funding.
we are in a world of hurt as we say in the marine corps.
I had the privilege of speaking to joe straus, we're going to meet again on these issues, hopefully we get them corrected and hopefully no other good programs will be hurt because of the funding shortfall.
everybody merry christmas, we celebrate for the birth of the lord jesus christ, other people have their own way of saying it.
society's worth is measured by its treatment the less fortunate, I left you a copy of the homeless family numbers soar in our economy, back how it is now, anyway god bless you, thank you for the hard work that do you in the best interests of the community.
keep up the good work and merry christmas to everybody.
feliz navidad.
>> ronnie reeferseed, I don't know if I知 getting picked up here, I will go to the other mic.
screaming hog wash, stop the presses, lock step propaganda about freedom and fundamental fairness for families is in flames.
life-long hard work, frugality and innovation have been dealt a death blow by the u.s.
congress because death taxes have been rest says take ited to do what?
waist counter productive class war far, killing the goose that lays the golden egg from better mouse traps.
now, fortunes fairly earned from future ideas are strangled by taxing after death, after paying taxes before, during and even after death, by punishing our u.s.
innovation and invention.
family farms are being attacked here.
forcing hard working heros to forever pay punitive taxes, even after death!
campaign promises to exert class war far from our so-called president peace prize, so-called barack obama, ie kenyan born indonesia subject barry sorry ass sitaro, ex-extension of the so-called bush era tax cuts.
democrats foolishly flailing against their friends, rich people, stupidly saying that wealthy people never do anything good.
except create jobs.
how many jobs do you poor people like me create?
how many jobs do poor people like me create?
few, frankly.
how many of you out there have ever gotten a job from a financially challenged person?
none of us have.
it's obvious.
freedom from excessive counter productive punitive untaxable compensation is the key to leading the world stage.
instead we now rely on killing people from mexico to columbia, somalia, yemen, palestinian, sudan, burma, iraq, iran, et cetera.
not to mention the well over 51 million innocent babies we have allowed to be executed here in the so-called home of the brave, since the truly satanic dibollcal roe versus wade was here.
to try to answer this, please expand your mind with real information and ideas by visiting online -- infowars.com, for new hard hitting articles every day, also visit ronpaul.org.
www.americanfreepress.net,l ewrockwell.com.
or call for weekly updates from our founding fathers, channeled through soon to be president dr. Ob/gyn Ron paul who delivered well over 4,000 babies so far.
stop the killing everywhere.
cancel the ongoing genocide against black babies worldwide by impeaching, convicting and removing all of those criminals now, times is awasting.
let us all do something truly more worthwhile than watching tv.
wake up.
help save our world while we still can.
>> [buzzer sounding] thank you.
>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
dr. John kim.
>> thank you, your honor.
merry christmas to you all.
god bless america.

and this one today, I will have new case as -- really, really great case.
related to a citizen of Travis County.
honorable travis Commissioners court, this case is john kim versus Travis County attorney david escamilla, the u.s.

and the case was -- I gratefully appreciate all of you americans.
without america, there is no korea today.
everyone knows that.
in 1945, korea should have become a part of the soviet union.
or china in 1950 and 1953.
or soviet part
>> [indiscernible] at the end of world war ii, without american assist in south korea.
it's a really, really great story.
