yes, this is for our county-wide waste management services.
and we had -- the two bids, one of them was -- he withdrew his bid because he made a mistake.
we spend about $220,000 a year on this contract.
we did have some minor safety violations, that's always a concern with these contracts.
we did -- we did the checks, they are normal nuisance types, nothing serious.
no serious violations.
so it is staff's recommendation that the court move forward with this -- with this approval.
