consider and take appropriate action on items related the program year 2009 consolidated annual performance evaluation report for the community development block grant provided by hud : a.
review the comments received during the public comment period; b.
approve the final draft of the report; and c.
approve submission to the u.s.
department of housing and urban development, san antonio field office, region vi.

we are required annually to file a consolidated annual performance and evaluation report, detailing our use of federal funds.
and you approved the draft of the -- of the caper on November 30th.
and that draft has been up for public comment.
December 1st through December 15th.
and there were -- there were opportunities for written comment and as well as a public hearing held here at Commissioners court.
we did receive two verbal comments.
one of which was a request to -- to look at the feasibility of a road project in precinct 3.
and that project is on our list and so we -- we requested those comments be included and we have incorporated them in your report.
the second comment was ruled out of order by judge Biscoe, therefore it is not required that we -- that we include it in our report.
so -- so with regard to item a, that was the ex-extent of the comments -- extent of the comments received on the caper.

then item c requests staff recommends and requests that you authorize submission to the san antonio field office regions 6 of the u.s.
department of housing and urban development.

at this time allows Travis County to meet the December 31st, 2010 deadline.
