Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 2, raceway single-family subdivision, section 1, final plat, a small lot subdivision, resubdivision of lots 24 and 25 northridge acres number 2 subdivision, 70 lots, 14.039 acres, grand avenue parkway, appropriate fiscal has been posted with the city of Austin, water and wastewater service to be provided by the city of Austin, city of Austin e.t.j.

this proposed subdivision has an approved preliminary plan and this final plat coming out of that preliminary plan also encompasses land, two lots, lots 24 and 25, from northridge acres number 2 subdivision.
and that is the reason for the public hearing this morning because those two lots will be incorporated into this final plat, and the action that is proposed for this is to -- instead of approve the plat for recording, is to youth youthlies alternative fiscal, ad we hold the plat in abeyance, they build the infrastructure and then the plat gets recorded later.
it comes back to be approved to be recorded later.
