View captioned video.

Then the consent items are next.

>> judge?

>> yes, sir.

>>

>> [inaudible] and what's your name?

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> would you complete a form and we'll call you in just a minute.
posted for consent are c 1 through c 3.
and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 3.
4 a.
any issues with 4 b?

>> I didn't see any problem with it, judge.
it appears that they have money to pay for it in-house.
now, what they do

>> [inaudible] I think is at their discretion and it appears that the funding is in their budget.

>> would anyone like for us to call up 4 b?
then I recommend that we include out the consent motion.
5 a, b, c, d.
that's all of 5.
and these are people, companies that will be added to the list of persons from whom we get professional services when we need them.

>> you did recommend 4 b to go on?

>> all of -- yes, sir.

>> all of 4.

>> 4 a and b.

>> okay.
thank you.

>> all of 5.
number 6.
7.
8 a and b.
number 9.
10.
11.
12.
14 a and b.
15.
number 16 with the following clarification.
we authorize I guess the appropriate county department which would be facilities management and the auditor.

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> I’m on 18.
I’m recommending 18 for consent.

>> you said 16.

>> I’m sorry.
I meant 18.
14 we will call up.
but on 18 we need to do clarify that it includes the court's approval of a wire transfer of the funds to the u.s.
department of energy.

>>

>> [no microphone on].

>> that's to the granter.
the u.s.
department of energy comes from deanna ramirez, whom you know well.
so they just want to make sure that in addition to approving the amount that it be sent to the u.s.
department of energy.

>> okay.

>> the grantor.
we'll be using most of that money at 700 lavaca.
that is 18 and not 16.
all of 19.

>>

>> [no microphone on].

>> beg pardon?

>> a.
b and c.

>> we'll call up 19 a, b, c.
what about d, e, f, g?
would anyone like the call these up?
d, e, f and g of 19 are recommended for consent.
then we jump down to number 24.
25.

>> can I ask judge why you skipped 21?
I was going to ask about that.

>> if I skipped it, we need to call it up separately.
24 and 25.
26.
and 27.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> if you were able to follow that, would anyone like for us to call up any of those that we have left on the consent motion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
