Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to approve a total plat vacation in precinct 3, total plat vacation of the amended plat of lots 14 and 15, block k, hill country phase 2-a, 2.554 acres, 6900 bright star lane.
water is provided by city of Austin and wastewater is provided by on-site septic, city of Austin e.t.j.

>> the purpose of this hearing is the applicant would like to vacate the amending plat which previously combined two lots into one lot and they would like for the condition after the action is for the original two lots to be in place.
