Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c 1-c 5.
any issues with any of them?.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent mex.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these items I’m about to list separately, please say so and we will call it up separately.
number 5 in entirety, 5 a through 5 b.

>> we have some members from the historic commission.
any desire to speak to that?

>> I can call it up.
if you like to.
that is item number 5 a?
if we get that grant, the county will be committed to put up a $1 000 match.

>> $3,000.

>> the county is 3,000 or the application?

>> the match is 3,000.
my understanding from pbo is that would be available in allocated reserve if we get it.

>> okay.
consent.
number 6.
7.
9 a, b and c.
so all of 9.
number 10.
11 a and b.

>> I’d like to be heard on 11 b if that is possible.
the option is there?

>> this is an old house at the park that we have never used.
it was donated to us.
and this item is about declaring that old house surplus property and auctioning it off.

>> when is the auction?

>> that is not part of this item yet.
but we can let you know when it is.

>> great, thank you.

>> so if you want to put a bid in, we would welcome it.
now, we don't say so here, but the assumption is if you buy this old house, you will take it off of county property.

>> during a period of time.

>> right.
let's make sure mr. Refer seed is on that list.
start saving your money, mr. Refer seed.
does that answer your question?

>> yes.

>> we will iron out the specifics later.
this is to declare surplus and authorize auctioning it off.

>> thank you.

>> okay.
number 12.

>> I have a question.

>> 12 will we will call up separately.
13.
there is another item which is, we'll call up both.
two items regarding planning for the colorado river.
we will call both up at the same time.
we will call up 12 and 13.
further items recommended for inclusion on the consent motion, number 16.
that we had the public hearing on.
17.
and issues with 17?.

>> judge, I think we want to look at this item 17.

>> you want to call it up separately?

>> yes.

>> we'll call 17 up for discussion.
then to item 23.

>> I have a question about that, judge.

>> and what question?

>> well, the election already happened.
so what is the action by the city of bee cave?
I’m ignorant so I don't understand.

>> we will call it up for you.

>> thank you.

>> 26, 27, 28.
all of 29.
so 29 a through 29 d.
number 30.
30 is the last one.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items we just listed for separate discussion?

>> number 5 d, looking at the items.

>> 5 d is part of, you want me to call 5 d up?
you wish for me to call 35 --5 d up?

>> yes.

>> we are pulling 5 d out of the number 5 item.
that means 5 a, b and c are part of the motion.
5 d is not.
okay?

>> I have a question about it.

>> we will call it up separatel.

>> okay, thanks.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
